Speaking of Compliments

I'm really proud of how Shmuel and the kids are holding up back home in Savannah. You would think we would be used to separations, but after having such a long break home this time it's that much harder to be away. It's almost easier to go away when you're in a semi-permanent state of transience. It becomes somewhat routine. Being apart is heart wrenching, and not knowing the exact date of our return makes it all the more so harder. I always try to remind them we're one day closer (to seeing each other again).
Scans are planned for next week and Gdwilling we will be able to return after that. Let's daven for glitch-free diagnostics and more importantly, that the Docs have no serious reason to keep him longer.
