Thanks Uncle "A", Aunt Keren, and Gadi for Menschi's cool new toy. He loves making music with his new instruments (it's a good thing The Ronald McDonald House is pretty empty, the other families might not appreciate his kind of "music").We had a special visit from our friends the Gottliebs today(pic. on rt.). As you can see Menschi was happy to see them. Doesn't he look great?
I brought Menschi to the Hospital Audiology Clinic (Hearing Testing) yesterday just to visit without any formal testing. The Audiologist suggested that since he will need ongoing hearing testing (do to the ototoxicity of the chemo agents) it would be a good idea for him to feel comfortable there. Hopefully, this experience will make him more cooperative during actual testing (yielding the most accurate results).
Tomorrow we meet with Dr. "K". Radiation therapy is next. Side effects should be much more tolerable than from chemotherapy!!!

I can't believe the wonderful change in our little tzadekele in the last week. May he continue to thrive.
I hope he has a blast with the rhythm band from Aunt Keren and Uncle Eitan ( after all there is that musical gene(Krupa)!
You are in my constant thoughts and prayers.Miss you all terribly!

Hi Miriam, Shlmuel, and the whole mishpacha,
We were so glad to finally learn your whereabouts, and sorry to hear bad news...
Lots has happened since we shared a quiche at Center 1 (I think that was 8 years ago!!!).
Anyway, we wanted to say hello, wish Mr. Menchie a refua shelema bekarov (unfortunately we know too well all the terms: chemo, transplant, blood count, etc.- and in Hebrew), and let you know that we are thinking of an davening for you. A group davened for Menchie at Kever Rachel and the Kotel, and his name was given to the schoolchildren that learn in Meorat Hamachpela. (we live 10 minutes from there). B'ezrat Hashem we should all have ahavat chinam, hear good news, and see each other at the Bet Hamikdash on Monday afternoon!!
Love,
Avraham and Natasha Norin and co.
