Menschi had a sports celebrity visit him today, baseball player Jeff Francour (Atlanta Braves). Jeff and his wife gave Menschi an autographed baseball cap as well as an age-appropriate baseball toy. Wow (too bad Menschi was sleeping at the time, he may have told him "YOU'RE OUT!" (when he's not feeling well he doesn't necessarily have patience for family let alone strangers).

Take me out to a Brave's Game

You sure are getting to meet lots of nice and interesting folks.There are so many people rooting and caring for Menschi. We are all part of Menschi's fan club and can't wait to see him home with a Refuah Shleima!!
Francoeur has been in a slump - maybe he'll do better now that he made such a sweet effort! I think this week's Shabbos Shir Hamalos will be: Take Me Out to the Ball Game:)
