Dr. "K" has a running joke with us about Menschi's being a "Muffin Man". A few months ago Menschi needed to be sedated for a procedure. Sedation meant no food or drinks for a few hrs. . At that time Menschi was a bit of a foody(and was very hungry) and couldn't resist taking a bite out of a muffin (that we thought was out of reach). The good news, it was an eggfree muffin (no allergic reaction), the bad news- the procedure had to be postponed till the next day.Menschi is a far cry from chubby these days but his interest in food is slowly returning. He enjoyed eating some baby hotdogs today, and a fresh challah roll.
What goes well with a muffin?...a cup of coffee of course!So Menschi enjoys a drop of coffee with a lot of cream. BON APPETIT
