Hooray Savta is here! Mom flew in from NY last night and we are all excited to have her. Unfortunately, she doesn't get to see a happy peppy Menschi. He's pretty miserable now that the effects of the chemo are in full swing (body rash, mouth sores, vomiting). Nevertheless, just having Savta here is very special. Speaking of special, we are grateful to the Camp Shamayim Staff (especially Shaynie and Chedva) for going above and beyond to make sure that AT, Leah and Moshe Simcha are well taken care of in our absence.
Kudos to Michelle Asa and Caryn Ashapa for arranging meals and to all of our friends (old and new) who have made this challenging time a little less challenging.

Miriam, We were away for the last little while at a camp where I gave art workshops, and wasn't able to get to check in on the computer very well. Sounds like things have been eventful!! Hashem should help and his recovery from the transplant should go smoothly, and I hope the sores go away soon! Thinking of you all so much!
