Dad's Yartzeit

Today (2nd day of Shavuos)was my father's 1st Yartzeit . Shmuel made a siyum and so did Adina Tova to mark the day. As painful as it is to have my Dad gone I feel with all my heart that he is in a better place now. The special thing about having a yartzeit on a yom tov is that the pain of the loss is reduced by the joy of yom tov.

Menschi has been a bit "out of it" (perhaps the codeine makes him a bit lethargic). Hoping that as he requires less and less pain meds he'll get a little more "pep".
